Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Orders that are already processed cannot be canceled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos and details so we can assist you.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays due to customs.
